On February 1, 2025, CAVITY was established as an independent company, building upon the decades-long expertise of Betonfabriek De Bonte, an European leading manufacturer of pre-stressed monoblock railway sleepers. Recognizing the growing demand for high-performance moulds, machinery, and production solutions, the machine and mould expert team of De Bonte transitioned into CAVITY, led by Pascal Blommaert, ex-CEO RAIL of De Bonte Group.
With this strong foundation, CAVITY continues to deliver trust by providing cutting-edge Products, Solutions, and Services that optimize sleeper production worldwide.

- Belgium (Laakdal) – Engineering & Project Expertise
Our headquarters in Laakdal, Belgium, is home to a team of five in-house experts, each specializing in a key area of custom sleeper production projects. From initial design to final assembly, this team ensures tailor-made solutions that meet the highest industry standards. - Italy (Bergamo) – Machinery Production & Assembly
Acquired by De Bonte Group in 2022, our Bergamo facility specializes in the manufacturing and assembly of sleeper production machinery. With a dedicated team of 10-15 employees, this facility features specialized departments, including: Welding, Assembly and Steel Deforming - Thailand – High-Capacity Mould Production
Our Thailand production unit focuses on the manufacturing of sleeper molds, with an annual capacity of 400 molds. Managed under European supervision, the 25-30 person production team ensures the highest quality standards in mold construction. - Global Network – More than 10 exclusive subcontractors worldwide, each with extensive experience in sleeper production lines.
